InvoiceConnect - Connecting the pieces to save you labor and help you see

First, InvoiceConnect takes in InvoiceData from your distributor.  Today, these are probably Excel spreadsheets emailed to you by your larger intermediaries.  For smaller Intermediaries, InvoiceConnect allows you to collect data via web based screens.  Capnetix takes the data in the form that you get it today.  As industry standards for transferring invoice data emerge, InvoiceConnect will adapt to those standards. You can take get started with the business advantages today!

If you want to automate invoice validation, InvoiceConnect can (optionally) take in your Contracts.  Have them in Excel?  A word document?  InvoiceConnect can structure and organize your contract data, so you can have them online, in one place, and have one reference for validating your invoices.  This is not required to get started, but as you advance in your automation, InvoiceConnect will be right there for you.

Have access to your TA Data?  Many intermediary fee invoices are driven by data from the Transfer Agency system.  InvoiceConnect can take feeds from your TA System, and use them for validation of incoming invoices.  In cases where invoices can be calculated solely from TA data, InvoiceConnect can actually calculate your invoices automatically, based on the contract.

In many cases, fee agreements are affected by SubTA Data, that comes from the intermediaries platform.  The OmniSERV project provides Omnibus Transparency data directly through the NSCC.  InvoiceConnect will directly import the position data (when available), which allows contracts that are based on beneficiary account information to be validated automatically.

Once Invoices are approved, InvoiceConnect can generate Fee Payments, either with reports or through integration with existing systems.

Of course, since intermediary fees are so critical to the fund companies financials, InvoiceConnect can export Accounts Payable data to the fund companies Enterprise Financial systems.

And finally, since fund company executives and directors presently have very little visibility into where their fee checks are going and why, InvoiceConnect will provide Expense Analytics, as a natural add on to the InvoiceConnect Service.
